However flashing custom ROM requires some major steps like wiping your phone data, clearing cache and most important is rooting your device. Guide to Unroot and Restore Yu Yureka to Stock CM12 Android 5.0.2 Lollipop ROM

The process is very simple and straight forward, so there is nothing to worry about. Just follow the steps and success will follow you automatically.
Step 1: First of all, download the stock rom for your Yu Yureka from here and extract it to desktop.
Step 2: Download Flashing Tool Package for your phone.
Step 3: Place the contents on desktop and extract them to stock ROM folder on desktop.

Step 4: Now turn Off your Yu Yureka.
Step 5: Boot it to Bootloader mode.
Step 6: Once your phone is in bootloader mode, connect it to your computer.

Step 7: Run “flash-all.bat” as administrator which will open CMD window that will start flashing stock ROM on your Yu Yureka smartphone.
Step 8: When done, remove your phone from PC and reboot it.
Your Yu Yureka will now boot like it did when you first got this out of box which means it is now restore to factory settings.
